Returns

  • Time Frame: You may return items within 03 days of the delivery date.

  • Eligibility:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Gift cards

    • Items marked as final sale

Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.

  • If you'd like a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service at sales@rarecloverofficial.com to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. You will receive instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping service.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
